📋🙋♀️ SURVEY: Gen AI’s impact on new lawyer development
I have been asking folks these three questions. So far I have over 500 responses - mostly from law firm partners around the globe. But I want/need more. You don’t need to be a lawyer - just in the legal market.
If you share your contact details (not required), I will share the complete results with a short briefing report.

🍏 🚀 Apple’s Siri to get major AI boost
With the upcoming AI-powered upgrade, Siri will have several enhanced capabilities. Here's a detailed overview of what Siri will be able to do:
Control Individual App Functions: Users will be able to control specific functions within apps using voice commands. For instance, Siri will be able to open documents, organize notes, manage emails, and summarize articles within the Apple News app.
Analyze User Behavior: Siri will use large language models and generative AI to analyze user behavior on their devices. This analysis will allow Siri to automatically enable relevant features within apps, offering a more personalized user experience.
Chained Commands: Users will be able to chain multiple requests together, enabling a series of tasks to be executed seamlessly and intuitively. This feature will greatly enhance Siri's utility and user experience.
Initial App Support: Initially, the revamped Siri will support Apple's own apps. However, there are plans to expand this support to include hundreds of different commands and third-party apps.
Contextual Understanding: Siri will have improved contextual understanding, recognizing people, events, and locations to generate more accurate and relevant responses.
New Features:
Voice Memo Transcriptions: Automatically transcribe voice memos.
Automated Message Replies: Respond to messages using AI-generated replies.
Advanced Photo Editing: Perform complex photo edits using voice commands.
Greymatter Catch Up: A new feature that allows users to request a summary of recent notifications. This will help users stay updated without having to manually check each app.
Stay tuned for more as Apple’s WWDC event is next week.
