🔗😌 Known-well. Not Well-known. A big difference.
Welcome to 2024! Resolutions? Not my style. I’m all about achievable goals year-round. Let me share a bit of personal insight with you.
I’m done with the 'personal brand' or ‘audience building’ spiel. I’ve championed it before, but let’s be real: it feels inauthentic and overproduced, almost embarrassing. My aim? Not to be 'well-known', but to be 'known well' – a subtle yet profound difference. And honestly, not many people know me well. Don’t worry, I’m not inviting everyone into my quirky little world.
So why mention this in an AI-focused newsletter? Because amidst our excitement for the new – like the latest AI advancements – we often overlook the old but gold practices, like genuine human connection. Being open and authentic, less 'stuffy' or 'always on', is daunting in today’s polarized world, but I’ve realized that bottling myself up is far from fulfilling. In fact, it’s downright suffocating.
Here’s a thought: Can we use AI, not just for professional enhancement, but to rediscover and encourage these authentic connections? Imagine AI not only optimizing our workflow but also helping us navigate towards more meaningful, real interactions. It's a challenge to balance our digital and personal personas, but I believe AI can be a tool to bridge that gap.
This year, I’m focusing on leveraging AI to enhance real human connections, not just my digital presence.
Let's explore how AI can help us be 'known well', not just 'well-known'. Your thoughts and insights on this journey are more than welcome.

📲 👏 The Microsoft Copilot Mobile App
Use GPT-4 for free with Microsoft Copilot. Now on both iOS and Android. The mobile versions of these models are game changers and allow you to interact with them on a voice basis - talking to them and having them talk back to you.
I made a short video walk-thru on how to load up the Copilot app on your phone and get through some of the basics. I run into some issues along the way that you might too so be sure to watch.
Some features to take advantage of:
DALL-E 3: Leverage advanced image generation by asking Copilot to create images
Voice Chat: Tap the mic in-app to access Copilot’s audio capabilities
Vision: Take or upload photos to enhance prompts or ask questions
