Brainyacts #136

It’s Friday. And it looks like GPT-4 has had quite a week. Or I broke it.

I just used it to tighten up the writing for the Lead Memo section and look how it ended its reply! I mean who needs this many emojis?!? What is it trying to say? Who else feels like this after this week? I kinda do.

Let’s wrap this week up!

In today’s Brainyacts:

  1. Will test a new feature in this newsletter - AI Demos

  2. Broad release of new OpenAI Plus features

  3. OpenAI’s employee stock valuation and more AI model news

  4. AI + animals and other related news

📢 OpenAI makes broad release of new features

🎨 🖼️ Want to create images with OpenAI?

DALL·E 3 is now available in ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise. OpenAI says it has added a series of safety controls over it before making it available to all paid users.

WARNING: Some people have been reporting that some days they have the feature and some days they don’t. It has happened to me.

Here is a great tip on how to use Custom Instructions with image creation.

🎙️👂How about using Voice?

Yes, I have shown you how to talk to the mobile app and use it for amazing productivity. Now it can talk back to you so you can have a real conversation. It is definitely cool.

I think I still prefer to talk to it and have it reply in writing (which this does too). I am just not sure I need Voice, except when perhaps I am driving.

Anyway, here is a short video of me testing it out so you get a sense of how it works.
