There is a hot take in the market that ChatGPT will replace so many people and professions. It won’t.

ChatGPT will replace mediocre professionals.

Naval Ravikant says AI will replace the people who think it will.

Talented professionals will survive.

The mediocre ones will fall apart.

I agree with all of the above 👆. Don’t be mediocre! Ever.

Let's kick this off, shall we?

Moving onto Today's Prompts:

I am going to share short ones that can convert mediocre ChatGPT responses and turn them into higher-quality and better ones.

Try these out and let me know how you like them:

👉 Marketing Situation: You need to punch up some language in an email, social post, or event description but want more pizzazz than mere basic details.

Prompt: [writing style guideline: imagine you are a marketing expert. Write as a master of brevity and poignance would. Use figurative language. Frequently use short pitchy sentences that pack a punch.]

👉 Storytelling Situation: You need to present content in more of a story manner rather than a dry or typical “report out.”

Prompt: [writing style guideline: imagine you are a professional storyteller. make use of a persuasive tone, making use of rhetorical questions, and storytelling to engage the audience. Use metaphors, analogies, and other literary devices to make points more relatable and memorable. Write in a way that is both informative and entertaining.]

[type in the topic or context]

👉 Intellectual Situation: You need to write something that is more sophisticated than a typical response or writing would be on your topic.

Prompt: [writing style guideline: Use a formal and academic tone paired with sophisticated vocabulary and grammar. Provide a thorough and in-depth analysis of the subject matter. Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way. Use examples from a variety of fields, such as psychology, cognitive science, and behavioral economics. Present counter-arguments and dissenting opinions in a balanced and objective way.]

👉 Senior Leader Situation: You need to present content to an executive leader whom you don’t have a personal relationship with.

Prompt: [writing style guideline: write as if you were making a summary for a CEO of a large successful company, who has very little time. Contain as much information as possible with as little text as possible. Use clear wording.]

Today’s tool is Rationale.ai - a Decision-Making tool

Its tagline is “See two sides of the coin, make rational decisions”

What it does? It will list pros and cons, generate a SWOT analysis, and conduct a multi-criteria analysis or causal analysis to help you weigh your options.

Basically, it helps see the outcomes or risks/rewards of any decision.

Who is it for? It is built for business owners, managers, and individuals in making tough decisions.

Here is my <5min video of me walking you through it.

News you can use:

This is a generative AI newsletter, not a banking or stock investing newsletter, but given the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank late last week, tomorrow could be interesting to watch. Check out news feeds from Bloomberg, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, etc.

News you can lose:

Last night in many parts of the US, we moved our clocks ahead 1 hour! It is always a mess as kids’ sleep schedules are off just a bit to drive madness throughout the house. Some folks in the US Congress want to get us off the Daylight Savings Time practice. We could definitely lose this IMO.
